As I am slowly converting a VC++ project to DJGPP, when I hear about the fact
that DJGPP can allow me to have the memory I need :)

However, I use a function called _MK_FP(segment,offset), to make a far pointer.

I couldn't find this function in the 'dos.h' library of DJGPP. Is there an
equivalent function? Or is it done differently?
