In order to run a program that uses GRX 2.0 you don't need a separate
driver file. You should set instead the environment variable GRX20DRV
to one of the supported values:

  stdvga
  stdega
  et4000
  cl5426
  mach64
  ati28800 
  VESA

For example:

set GRX20DRV=VESA gw 1024 nc 256
