If you need the docs for the GCC compiler, then it comes with the 
compiler binary distribution, in gcc272b.zip.  The files that unzip into 
the info subdirectory are the hypertext on-line docs of GCC.  You will 
need to download and install the stand-alone Info reader (txi360b.zip) to 
be able to browse the docs.

For packages other than the compiler, the docs comes with every package 
and also unzips into info subdirectory.
