Info.exe that comes with txi360b.zip is a v2 executable.  It might be 
that you didn't install that zip file correctly, or that you have an old 
version of info as leftover from an earlier installation.  Get 
txi360b.zip (be sure to check its date is 22-Feb-96 or later) and install 
it, and you will have what you want.
