Please read section 3.8 of the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq200b.zip from the 
same place you get DJGPP).  It explains how to set up DJGPP on systems 
that have low amounts of memory.  If the advice there won't help, post 
the details of your system configuration (CONFIG.SYS, AUTOEXEC.BAT and 
the exact output of go32-v2).

Section 15.8 tells you how to set the PIF file for the DOS box so that 
you get enough memory under Windows.
