This seems to me as an error message from Make, not from DJGPP.  You 
invoke Borland Make instead of DJGPP Make, and Borland Make doesn't know 
about the syntax of include directive that DJGPP Make uses.  Please put 
the DJGPP bin directory *before* the Borland's on your PATH.
