Hmm... I think we've seen this problem a few times before, and I believe
it has something to do with the setup of your memory managers.  Could
you post the contents of your autoexec.bat file?  Also, be sure to look in
the FAQ.  I'm not sure if this particular problem has made it in there or
not...  Eli?
