The subject pretty much says it all.  Under a normal interrupt (no DPMI),
eflags, cs, and eip are pushed onto the stack, and thats it.  But under
DPMI, everything is different and I'm having trouble deciphering the
DPMI 0.9 specification.  I'm generating hardware interrupts, and I need
to save all of the pre-interrupt register values.  Thanks.
