Well, every piece of docs in DJGPP tells about SimTel but really means the
CCT archive.  I thought being consistent (if not legally precise) would 
prevent confusion, at least until we fix the docs.

Anyway, people need to know that SimTel/vendors/djgpp and
/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp are two different directory trees maintained by
two different foundations.
