You need the import library files to get the DLL link numbers.  These
libraries are likely to be copyrighted by MS, so you need a compiler
that supports Windows to get the data, or you can get someone to
extract the data.

Check out RSXWIN.  The author solved this problem already.

You may need to buy one of those books if you want to learn about
programming to the Windoze API.
