The problem is, physical address mapping is a DPMI 1.0 feature and you can't
have it under Windows or OS/2 or Linux. AFAIK, only 386max and CWSDPMI
(the latter -- partially) provide DPMI 1.0 services, so there's nothing
strange about the function refusing to work.
