Oh really... you have an MSDOS account?  How exactly did you manage
that?  The last time I looked, MSDOS was a single user OS, and didn't
even have passwords, much less individual users.

What exactly do you mean by 'logging out'?  Do you mean that you want
your signature to be displayed on your screen?  Emailed to somebody?
Attached to the ends of all your news posts and outgoing emails?  DOS
is extremely limited in the things you can tell it to do with batch files.

BTW, as much as I appreciate ASCII art, I do believe that it is generally
considered impolite to send a message with 8 lines of text and 40 lines
of signature.  If that's the sort of thing you plan to spam all over the Net,
maybe we'd be better off if we didn't tell you how to do it.

And lastly, this is NOT the appropriate newsgroup/mailing list to be
posting such a question!  There are newsgroups devoted to helping
novices at both Unix and MSDOS, and they generally also have
regular postings on proper Netiquette too.
