Yes.  And?

Either your FTP client will rename in csdpmihe.zip or prompt you to specify
a name.

ftp sites have had long filenames for years.  DOS/Win<95 software has always
had to cope.  (How else do you think you'd be able to get one of the FAQs
from rtfm.mit.edu, where in the usenet-by-hierarchy directory the FAQs are
stored by their Subject line?)
