DJGPP will not works with the HP distribution of the STL.  It has it's 
own version in the 22 February distributon of V2.  It is not complete, 
but I am using the map and vector template classes quite successfully.  
Compile times do increase.  Adding memory up to 16MB helps reduce compile 
times (on Windows 3.11).
