Gruess Euch!

I've a simple question:
Does anyone out there have a sound card which is able to both sample 
and play digitized signals (music) with a 16 bit resolution _and_ a 
perfect library which makes this easy? I have tried and search that with my SB16 
with no success and also with the Gravies Ultrasound which is said to 
do the duplex, but haven't found a duplex - lib for that either. The 
best thing would be, if someone could say: 'Oh yeah, I do this every 
day with my XYZ-Soundcard. I've also the library which I could mail 
you!'

Any ideas ?
