You will have to download several files to be able to develop C++
programs.  The DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq200b.zip) tells you exactly what you
need to get in Chapter 4 (specifically in section 4.4).  Prepare to lose
about 13MB of free space on your hard disk, more if you want GDB, Make and
other goodies.
