As long as CWSDPMI doesn't support 16-bit DPMI apps (and as long as 16-bit
DPMI apps are there at all), QDPMI cannot be tossed by everybody.

Most, if not all, of QDPMI bugs aren't visible if you have enough 
physical memory in your box.

Don't understand me wrong: I think CWSDPMI is much better than QDPMI (and 
any other DPMI host out there) for DJGPP development; I just don't want 
people to think the issue is as simple as it might seem.
