Wrong man!!!, I made a converter for LIBC.INF to Norton Guides format and i can 
press Shift+F1 and get help about the syntax of any of the 617 functions of 
LIBC !!.
And i made an .INF reader for RHIDE, too. This reader is in test now, but in 
some time (i hope that very different to never) this will be available.
