Keep in mind that this release of Quake is a Deathmatch TEST. Not shareware, not out to win any
awards for speed. When the final release hits the shelves, it'll run well, even on a high end 486.
I played it on an Am5x86 133mhz box, which is roughly equivalent to a P-75 in speed, and I was satisfied with the speed.
