Does anyone know of a complete djgpp library reference which details all
the system-specific djgpp calls? You know, the arcane stuff in go32.h and
dpmi.h just to cite a two examples. The stuff not in the Standard C
library. These calls are important if one is to make full use of the power
of djgpp, and apart from a few examples in Mr. Wacko's page, a couple of
sections in the FAQ, and in a few other places I haven't seen any serious
discussion of them. Or must this document still be written? Is the 
development team listening?
