That means that your gcc272b.zip is not the latest.  Get the latest 
archive (should be dated Feb-22-96 or later) and you will find gxx.exe.  
Also get the latest lgp271b.zip, or you won't be able to use the standard 
C++ classes in the libstdcx.a library.
