cannot remember where to obtain it from. Otherwise you can 
obtain it from most Simtel mirror sites, usually under 
editors/vim30bin.zip and editors/vim30src.zip for the source.

FYI, VIM is a vi-like clone with enhancements. It is also 
available for Linux, supporting multplie windows, command and 
filename expansion, built in help and many other features.
