Hi,

What am I doing wrong here?

I have placed the pdcurses libs in ..\contrib\pdcurs22\lib,
yet when I pass the ld path with -L it still doesn't find it.

D:\SRC\85309\ASSGN\1\Q1>make
gcc q1.cc -o q1.exe -L..\contrib\pdcurs22\lib -lm -lgpp -lcurso
d:/djgpp/bin\ld.exe: cannot open -lcurso: No such file or directory (ENOENT)
make.exe: *** [q1] Error 1

D:\SRC\85309\ASSGN\1\Q1>dir ..\contrib\pdcurs22\lib

Volume in drive D is /a5
 Directory of D:\SRC\85309\ASSGN\1\CONTRIB\PDCURS22\LIB

. <DIR> 04-23-96 2:59a
.. <DIR> 04-23-96 3:02a
LIBCURSO A 91,048 02-11-96 4:41p
LIBPANO A 4,164 02-11-96 4:42p

                      41,025,536 bytes free

I even tried with the full path ...

 -L\src\85309\assgn\1\contrib\pdcurs22\lib

and the same .... It's probably something really simple eh?

Thanks in advance,

and thankyou for your patience ...

Cheers, Rob -

ps: Are there ld.so.cache ld.so.conf like on Linux?
