Hi,

Can someone send me the comments that appeared some time ago about a problem
of files not being found on Novell networks?

I cannot make "make" find the "makefile", that is in the current directory.
Typing "make", I get a message saying that there is no makefile.
Typing "make -fmakefile" works, but then the linker doesn't find libraries.
Changing the makefile replacing references as ../ by complete paths appears
to help, but some files are still not found.

In a non-network installation, everything works.
I am using the files from the SimTel distribution in oak.oakland.edu.
