Has anyone built djgpp for cross compiling i960 code on a
DOS machine? I think I've got the basics: download the
latest djgpp, download the gcc and binutils sources,
specify the source and target architectures, and rebuild
the compiler.
Still have a few questions though. What exactly do I do
about the long unix filenames under DOS? I couldn't even
extract the tar files for gcc and binutils on my PC due
to long and invalid filenames.
Also, is the i960 code generic across all i960 families
(ie: Sx, Jx, etc)? What about optimizations?
Thanks,
Dave Paoletti
