Can anyone tell me how to get it to compile the library or even to link 
the lib to the sample ping program succesfully?  Read the FAQ, tried for 
4 hours, still cannot get it.  I have two zip sources of the library - 
neither will compile for me.  One says I am missing uio.h (I think) so I 
looked around all the FTP sites for a file I was missing, but could not 
find one.  Tried everything I can think of... any ideas - a makefile that 
ran would be nice if someone had one?  Please email me at coleman AT umr DOT edu
