It wasn't done.  If the buffer is large, using `movedata' is faster than
`_farnspoke'.  As for the "real thing", unless you mean to ask if there is
such a service built into DPMI server (AFAIK, there isn't), then how do
you think it would be implemented, if not by `movedata' or `_farptr'
functions?
