RHIDE dosn't come with an texinfo file. The file 'rhide.tex' is only
a LaTeX-file. If you don't know, what to do with LaTeX or DVI-files,
uses the postcript or the HTML file, can be found at

Yes, you need the original sources for the Turbo Vision library to
rebuld RHIDE. I cannot post the full modified sources for this library,
because they are copyright by Borland, so I only give my diffs and
a program, which build the sources from the originales one.
