(Just a hint: are you sure that should be ex1_2.C, not .c? '*.C'
indicates a C++ program to gcc, so guard your steps!)
Here's what I think are the crucial lines among the informations
posted:
[...from the gcc -v output:]
>cpp.exe: d:/programming/djgppv2/tmp\ccbaaaaa: No such file or
>directory (ENOENT)
[...from the Djgpp.env file:]
>+TMPDIR=%DJDIR%/tmp
From these two lines, I'd guess that the directory TMPDIR points to,
and which also appears in the error message from cpp, i.e.
'd:/programming/djgppv2/tmp' either doesn't exist at all (in that
case, you'd better change that line in DJGPP.env to point to the
same place as the TEMP environment variable), or you got caught by
the problem DJGPP V2 is reported to have with long filenames under
Win 95 (you may have to 'set LFN=y' or 'set LFN=n').
