Well, i'll give it a crack... lets see...
Well for starters _why_ are you running under windows????
anyway if you install cwsdpmi into your c:\djgpp\ directory (or whatever)
when you run GCC it should be automatically installed...
you'll have to run the setdjgpp batch file first tho.
Well see if that works  |)
