djgpp.lnk should be in your lib subdirectory.  Is it there?  If it is, 
then add -v to your compilation command line and post everything GCC 
prints.  (You might need to use the `redir' program which comes with 
DJGPP to redirect all the voluminous output of gcc to a file.)
