DJGPP port of Make doesn't expect anything except what your Makefile tells
it.  If your Makefile doesn't use `cp', Make won't call it, either.

A DOS (16-bit) port of GNU Fileutils can be found on SimTel mirrors, in 
the SimTel/vendors/gnu/gnuish directory.
