This is in the wrong place.  I am new at this, but I have discovered
that whenever you get the "undefined reference to" errors, then the 
compiler and/or linker cannot find the library needed.

You MUST put the library codes at the end like this:
gcc vidtst3.c -0 vidtst3 -lgrx

In addition, if you have several libraries, they must be placed
in a specific order.  Look in the faq or the gcc info docs for
details.
