Not really a bug, unless you really want virtual memory.  That version of 
QDPMI won't let you allocate more memory than you have physically 
installed, no matter what you do with the parameters on the QDPMI command 
line.  Also, unless you have QEMM 7.53, the debuggers crash under that 
version of QDPMI.
