QEMM comes with QDPMI which can be loaded in the CONFIG.SYS. You might be able to use the install command with CWSDPMI to do this as a TSR. But then again, since V2 images always go searching for CWSDPMI if a DPMI isn't present, you probably shouldn't need to worry about it.
