	Justin:  You can try using the INSTALL command in the
CONFIG.SYS, a little-known DOS command.  Check it out in the
DOS HELP system for more info, if nec.  This is a DOS 6.+
capability and I'm not certain if it will get called before
the shell, but you can try it and see....
