V2.0 distribution can be found on SimTel mirrors, in the 
SimTel/vendors/djgpp directory; look in the directories whose names start 
with `v2'.  There is a file in the v2 directory called readme.1st that 
includes a list of the files and recommendations on what to download.  
More details on this can be found in the DJGPP FAQ list (get 
v2/faq200b.zip), section 4.4.
