Please invoke go32-v2.exe (in your bin/ subdirectory) and post what it 
prints.

How many physical memory do you have installed?  If it's less than 4 
MBytes, did you read section 3.8 of the DJGPP FAQ list (available as 
v2/faq200b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP)?  There are some 
recommendations there for memory-starved machines that might help you.
