Dear DJ,
I know you ported the gnu make utility under dos and
it would be very useful for me
to have.
I have already created the make executable for
Unix, but following the description
in the file INSTALL ( I downloaded the file make-3_7.gz )
 I have not understood
how to recompile all under DOS.
I read in the file NEWS you have already done that.
Furthermore the file indicates an FTP site, for downloading your binaries,
 ( oak.oakland.edu:pub/msdos/djgpp )
that does not esist.
Could you tell me where your binares are located and how to recompile
the DOS version.
Are you using Microsoft compiler and nmake?

Thank you a lot
Marcello Ferrero
