No.  F2c for djgpp v2.0 has not been uploaded to any public FTP site yet.
Since I've ever uploaded f2c for djgpp 1.12 to SimTel, I might be responsible
for doing this task (recently I received inquiries about f2c for djgpp 2.0 
from some people).  Unfortunately I've been terribly busy for months, and so 
I've not done it yet, sorry.
