Use Emacs.  It is as great an editor as DJGPP is a great compiler.  You 
can find it on SimTel mirrors, in the SimTel/msdos/editor directory, 
files em1930*.zip.  Emacs blows ``editors'' such as Borland's IDE right 
out of the water, IMHO.

gppconio is a large module with a lot of functions.  They are all very 
intertwined and it's virtually impossible to make them independent.  If 
you have functions linked in that don't belong to gppconio, tell us what 
those functions are.  Chances are, they are called by other functions 
that you call.
