Sorry, no.  The differences are just way too many for an upgrade.

Ftp to any SimTel mirror, chdir to SimTel/vendors/djgpp directory and get 
the files `FAQ' (note the capital letters) and `v2/readme.1st'.  They 
should give you enough info about what files do you need to download (it 
depends on what you intend to do with DJGPP).

Did you get the DJGPP FAQ list (faq102.zip) with v1.12?  If so, read
chapter 21 there; it explains the differences between 1.12 and 2.0. If you
don't have the FAQ and absolutely MUST know the differences between these
two versions without downloading the FAQ, drop me a private note and I
will mail that description to you (it's not so short and cannot be
summarized in a few words without sacrificing important details).
