	1) A few bugs in C library functions were corrected.

	2) Programs which are known to have bugs due to the above (patch, 
	   info, etc.) were rebuilt.

	3) Gcc now has gxx.exe which is the easiest way to avoid 
	   unresolved externals when linking C++ programs (see the FAQ).

	4) Libgpp now has libstdc++.
