I think your trouble is that you should be looking under Simtel/vendors
NOT Simtel/msdos

For some reason, src.doc.ic.ac.uk does not seem to have mirrored the V2
stuff yet, so I suggest that you use micros.hensa.ac.uk, the Higehre
Education National Software ARchive site at Lancaster University, which
has a mirror of Simtel, and has the V2 stuff.
