That SimTel mirror is not up-to-date.  Please use the other England's
mirror micros.hensa.ac.uk, directory /mirrors/simtel/vendors/djgpp.  There
you'll find a few directories whose names start with v2 (like v2, v2gnu
etc.)  Begin with reading v2/readme.1st.

And everybody who can, please yell at SimTel for not updating some of
their mirrors for such a long time.
