You get the GCC on-line docs (in DJGPP v1.12, get the file gcc263dc.zip; 
in v2.0 it comes with gcc272b.zip) and read it with the stand-alone Info 
reader (info.exe).  If you don't have info.exe in your bin/ subdirectory 
of the main DJGPP installation directory, get and install the file 
txi310bn.zip (for DJGPP v1.12) or txi360b.zip (for DJGPP v2).
