	Moderating the group is all very fine and good, if you can find a 
moderator who has the time, and you don't care too much about message 
turn-around time.  I like the responsiveness of an unmoderated group - if 
I get stuck on some weird flakiness of DJGPP, I can often have a fix and 
be back to work within 12 hours.  That's valuable.
