Nothing special, except that it is *free*.

I don't think that qualifies as ``a bug''. Just wait and see what the v2
FAQ has to tell about other DPMI servers. Some of them won't let you
allocate more than half the available memory; some even don't support
virtual memory at all (and people actually pay money to buy them!). In
almost 2 years of v2 beta-testing, CWSDPMI has proven itself remarkably
stable and dependable.
