Yes and no.  No, because I don't think it's wise to just post a 200K-long
file and think this somehow makes people not ask the questions which are
already answered there.  Instead, a lot of effort went into making the FAQ
(in all its formats) easily searchable for any problem (there are about
800 entries in the 2 indices at the end of the FAQ).  Yes, because the
HTML version of the FAQ will be uploaded to the DJ's Web server
(http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/faq/) where it can be browsed and searched
on-line anytime.
