dj200crx.zip contains no instructions.  Am I correct in assuming that this
means that I can just target unmodified versions of gcc and binutils for
i386-coff-go32?

Also, some of the programs distributed with DJGPP (binutils and sed in
particular) are not exactly the latest versions.  Are there any plans
to remedy this?
